Features
- Customize third-party patch deployment in SCCM by creating deployment templates.
- Patch Connect Plus has introduced “SCCM plugin” with which you can access over 250 third-party applications directly from the SCCM Console.
- Patch Connect Plus has introduced enhancements to facilitate intelligent patching i.e. fetch and list applications that are installed in the network.
- Patch Connect Plus has introduced “Reports” that fetches available deployment information on client machines.
Enhancements
- Minor enhancements in User Interface has been done.
- Ability to select all applications is now available under “Select applications”.
- Adding certificates to “Trusted Publishers” and “Third Party Root Certificate Authority” stores has been automated.
- Now all published patches are automatically added to “All Software Update” view in SCCM.
- Patches can now be published from the list of available patches in the home page.
- Ability to re-sign patches has been introduced.
- Ability to expire patches has been introduced.
- “Patch Connect Plus for Microsoft SCUP” has been introduced.
- Now view the deployment status of the published patches in the Home tab.
- Active Directory user login has been enabled.
- Password Policy has been introduced to enable secure login to Patch Connect Plus.
- In ‘Select Applications’ page, the different applications have been grouped based on their respective vendors.
- While using a trial version, only a maximum of ten applications can be selected for deployment using Patch Connect Plus.
- You can now find an option of ‘Enable secure login’ under Security settings to switch into HTTPS connection.
- You can also configure Patch Connect Plus with a trusted third-party SSL certificate to ensure that the connection is secure.
- Patch Connect Plus is now GDPR compliant; offers data protection, breach notification and ensures that no personal data is retained.
- Patch installation timeout in SCCM has now been increased.
- Active Directory connection is now secured with SSL.
- Patch Deployment Failure can now be notified with an email alert.
- Export settings is now GDPR compliant.
- Domain settings can now be edited
- Offset scheduling has been introduced in ‘Publish Patch settings’

- Issue in connecting to WSUS Server has been fixed.
- Issue in creating Self-Signed certificate has been fixed.
- Issue in importing certificate has been fixed.
- Issue in downloading iTunes patches has been fixed.
- Issue in publishing patches when DB Sync is in progress has been fixed.
- Under “Select Application”, issue in removing selected applications has been fixed.
- Credential manager UI issues has been fixed.
- Issues while using Patch Connect Plus in Internet Explorer has been fixed
- Issue in auto clean up of signing certificate in the machine where Patch Connect Plus is installed has been fixed.
- Issue in uninstalling old updates of Java has been fixed.
- Under Certificate settings, issue in importing certificate has been fixed.
- Issue while publishing patches has been fixed.
- Issue in deploying Adobe patches has been fixed.
- Issue in synchronising deployment data has been fixed.
- Issue in publishing patches to WSUS has been fixed.
- Issue in configuring WSUS settings has been fixed.
- Password Policy enabled by default.

- Issue found while syncing the deployment data has been fixed.

- Issue in importing third party certificates to a remote WSUS server has been fixed.
- The vulnerability that can cause clickjacking has been fixed.
- An issue in AD user login has been fixed.
- You can now export Patch Deployment reports from Patch Connect Plus.
- The default Deployment Template can be edited.
- Issue in fetching installed application list has been resolved.
- Issue in “session expiration” has been resolved.
