For Help Desk Delegation, O365 Manager Plus now supports,
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled accounts.
- Federated accounts.
- Third party IdP accounts.
Rest API access can now be configured for Office 365 tenants from O365 Manager Plus.
