Enhancements

Desktop Management

  1. Desktop Central now offers multi-window support for deployment policies and gets a new scheduling option that enables Patch Tuesday based deployment.
  2. Users can now integrate with ServiceDesk Plus On Demand using different domains and customized URLs, with customized instances.
  3. Mac agents can now support third-party OS imaging.
  4. You can now create multiple deployment tasks for deploying OS in remote offices.
  5. Desktop Central extends support to SUSE Linux Enterprise Operating systems
  6. Now you can upload patches to the patch store directly from the console using upload patches option.
  7. Under Patch Management, Windows 10 feature pack download has been automated.
  8. Support for Windows Server 2019 has been introduced
  9. Missing OS patches and Missing TP patches will be available only in the ‘Systems Health Report’. ‘Computer View’ has been moved to Systems -> Managed Systems and ‘Detailed View’ comes under ‘Patches’.
  10. Domains/workgroups can now be added directly from Global settings
  11. Under OS Deployment, you can now shrink disk partitions before imaging.
  12. You can now fetch the Bitlocker recovery keys long with its status under inventory tab.
  13. You can now get the complete information on device drivers of Windows computers in your network.
  14. The ability to get notified on low disk space has been introduced. Ability to exclude few parameters from inventory scan, to optimise bandwidth consumption has been introduced.
  15. Under Patch Management, Owner and Logged On Users columns have been added in System Requiring Reboot View
  16. Under OS deployment, you can now specify application command to up to 1000 characters.
  17. Under OS deployment, you can now deploy OS across Remote Offices.
  18. Under OS deployment, you can configure post deployment parameters specific to each computers.

Mobile Device Management

  1. Mobile Device Manager Plus now supports Enterprise Factory Reset Protection to allow organizations to login to device that have been reset, without previous user’s credentials.

Desktop Management

  1. Logging sensitive information such as passwords in log files under specific cases has been fixed.
  2. Issue in displaying “Highly Vulnerable Systems” view under specific cases has been fixed.
  3. Copyright changes and minor enhancements have been made.
  4. When modifying an existing test group, history of patches while pertaining patch criteria for that group has now been retained.
  5. Issues in deployment that involve custom group as a target have been fixed.
  6. Issue while creating announcements to show only once has been fixed.
  7. Issue in using the quick launch features while in a remote sessions under specific scenarios has been fixed.
  8. Issue in downloading the server migration guide has been fixed.
  9. Issue in restarting PXE server has been fixed.
  10. Issue in deployment due to change in partition order has been fixed.
  11. Issue in trying to perform offline imaging continuously has been fixed.
  12. Image name will be validated during offline image creation.
  13. Issue in posting warranty details to SDP has been fixed.
  14. RunAsAdmin dependency has been removed while enrolling devices using Windows Laptop Enrollment.

  2. Issue in not displaying the saved details of an Android or Windows Exchange profile has been fixed.
  3. You can now manage Measure and Activity, pre-installed apps available from iOS 12, in kiosk profile.
  4. Issues that caused all mobile devices to be listed as “Waiting for license” when any license other than the UEM license is applied, have been fixed.
  5. Issue in App sync from Play Store has been fixed.
  6. Issue in MDM Directory Sync having large attributes is fixed.
